Many network operators are looking for comprehensive products from best-of-breed vendors to be deployed as part of solutions from the integration practices of major consultancies, IT and network equipment vendors. For them Operax Resource Controller products are readily suitable for this sort of delivery model and feature in many of these organizations reference architectures.
