Finn Persson
Finn Persson is Managing Director of PNP Venture Capital and responsible for the management of the Emano fund, an early stage venture capital investor. Previously he was a Partner at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company and the leader of McKinsey’s Scandinavian Telecommunications and Technology sector. During his nine years at McKinsey Finn served a number of international operators, system and technology vendors in the telecommunications industry on strategy, M&A and operational improvements. Finn Persson is a member of the boards of Fält Com AB, Marratech AB, Operax AB and Upzide Labs AB. He also serves on the board of the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce. Finn has an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the University of Lund.

Laurence Michael McDonald
Mr. Laurence M McDonald has extensive experience in the telecom industry. He was previously employed by Ericsson for 11 years where he held various positions within product development and marketing. His last position within Ericsson was Vice President for Ericsson Radio and was also a member of the management team for the business unit GSM Systems. He has also worked for four years in the UK, two years in Canada and three years in Hong Kong. Laurence is a Director of the following boards: Appium Technologies AB; Operax AB and Tekki AB. He holds a primary engineering degree in Marine engineering, a M.Sc. in Information Systems and an MBA. He is also the holder of a number of system patents within the area of payment systems. |

Olov Schelén
Dr Olov Schelén has 17 years of experience within IP networking. Olov received his Ph.D. in 1998 and he is a faculty member at the Computer Science and Networking group at Luleå University of Technology. His primary interests are in multi-media networking, QoS, routing, and mobility. Olov brings a unique understanding of multi-service IP networking and deployment of such networks.

Richard Lowe
Mr. Richard Lowe has more than 25 years general management experience in the technology industry. He has held positions at a number of enterprise and financial software companies, building strong relationships with telecommunications companies and service providers. Previously, Richard was Senior Vice President of Micromuse where he delivered strong growth in the Wireline and Wireless service provider markets and the Defense sector.
Prior to Micromuse, Richard was with US-based B2B eProcurement software company Rightworks Corporation, Tivoli Systems Inc., part of the IBM Corporation, and Rank Xerox Systems.
